Initial Assessment Toolkit for key skills and Skills for Life

This old but still useful toolkit is on the Excellence Gateway - but not easy to find. So here is the link.   Still useful when working with functional skills learners – some would argue a more useful tool to look at learner functionality than some of the tools that can be purchased.
